How to Use on the Body

Wet your skin and place a small amount of the paste into wet hands, a washcloth or shower sponge. Add water and work into a lather. Massage gently over the body, then rinse thoroughly.

Follow with a moisturising body lotion, butter or oil.

African black soap can be strong, particularly on dry or sensitive skin. Dilute a very small amount with water in your hands and create a light lather. Gently cleanse the face without scrubbing, then rinse immediately and moisturise.

Begin with two or three uses per week and increase only if your skin tolerates it well.
